    Slabs of Spanish tortilla?
    This looks great!!!!

  • I believe a smoked flavor to be an aquifer taste. With that being said it’s most likely to drop well with fat in ligh I’d or solid form (fish, cream..etc).

  • I’m thinking this could make a pretty interesting variation on an old fashioned or Manhattan! A little smokey essence sounds terrific!

  • I’m thinking this could make a pretty interesting variation on an old fashioned or Manhattan! A little smokey essence sounds terrific! I’m thinking of bourbon and cherry. Like the aromatic warmth of pipe tobacco.

  • I am going to try it on a piefilling.

  • I have a great Spicy Paloma that I might smoke with some cherry wood, but with fall hitting and football back on maybe a smoked old fashion.

  • i would like to try this on a spiced rum on the rocks. siesta key makes a quality spiced rum that would be great warm and smoked

  • Basil wood smoked old fashion

  • A smoked peach bourbon smash is wonderful. Another fun trick is to smoke the water you use to make ice cubes and then just toss one into your old fashioned or bourbon. So good, and easier (but as impressive) as clear ice.

  • A spiced rum egg nog.
