    I would like to see a vegan burger-quick mix that required at most water and maybe oil that would bake or griddle within 20 minutes. Other types of analogues desirable too. Perhaps packaged for for 4 or more servings for fast family use. Like Bisquick for vegan meat.

    • That would be cool but we don’t focus on commercial type of products… that’s a whole separate world

    I’d like a recipe for sausage, as well. Not the tubular kind, but the patties. That would be awesome with my tofu “eggs”.

    Chinese Beef and Broccoli. Seems like the wheat protein would be perfect.

    I have already made Cincinnati Skyline 5-Way Chili with your TVP. It’s fantastic! Still working on getting the cheez right. Any MP recipes for a vegan cheddar-like block that shreds very finely? Sloppy Fauxs (I so want to call them Sloppy Jains, but using garlic and onions, I just shouldn’t) are easy and delicious, too. The TWP in my cart has phish tacos in its future. And pulled porq sammies!
