Par-Bake Dough
Place dough in a pie dish and trim off any excess dough around the edges. (Either poke holes in the dough with a fork or lay parchment over the dough and fill the pie dish with pie weights.) Place the pie dish in the oven and par-bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool while preparing the quiche filling. Turn the oven down to 350°F.

Prepare Filling
In a medium pan cook off sausage until fully cooked. Once fully cooked and cooled down, crumble the sausage.On a sheet tray place 4 slices of bacon and cook for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. Remove bacon from the oven, cool and crumble. Set aside.In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs, half and half, salt, mozzarella, sausage and bacon.

Bake and Serve
Add mixture into par baked crust and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes until the filling is set.Let cool and enjoy.
