- Rosemary Walnut Aromatics:
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary
- 175g (1 cup) Walnuts
- 30g (1½ cups) Vodka
- 300g (1½ cups) Distilled Water
- Cocktail:
- 1000g (4 cups) Apple Cider
- 200g (7 oz) Ginger Beer
- 15g (1 tbsp) Rosemary Walnut Aromatics
- 2 Sprays London Dry Aromatic Spray
- 1 Pinch (~â…› tsp) Gold Edible Glitter

Rosemary Walnut Aromatics
In a container add the walnuts, rosemary, and vodka. Shake well to sanitize the rosemary and walnuts. Add the water after about 30 seconds of mixing. Seal the container.
Allow mixture to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 days. This should be able to hold for up to a month if sanitized properly.

Mix Cocktail
In a small sauce pot boil apple cider for 20-30 minutes or until reduced by ½. Cool completely.
In a chilled Collins glass filled with ice add 30g (1 oz) of boiled cider, also add the rosemary aromatics and stir to combine.
Add the edible glitter directly on top of the ice and pour the ginger beer over the top.
Garnish with a piece of crystallized ginger and two sprays of london dry aromatic spray.
Be sure to stir immediately before serving for the best effect from the glitter.
