- 240g (1 cup) Sugar
- 20g (4 tbsp) Acacia Gum
- Mocktail Ingredients:
- 232ml (1 cup) High Quality Brewed CoffeeÂ
- 27ml (1oz) Gomme Syrup
- 90ml (3oz) Chocolate Cashew MilkÂ
- Orange Twist for GarnishÂ
- 3-5 Drops Alice and the Magician Citrus Elixir
- 2-3 Sprays Alice and the Magician Chocolate Cake Mist

Create Gomme Syrup
Dry mix together the Acacia Gum and sugar.
In a blender, add the sugar mix and water and blend until fully combined.
In a small heavy bottom pot, heat gently until simmering, then remove from heat.
For this recipe the syrup can be used hot, the remaining can be stored at room temperature in a sealed container.

Prepare Mocktail
Brew a hot pot of your preferred coffee.
In a mug combine coffee, gomme simple and chocolate cashew milk.
Drop 3 – 5 drops of the Citrus Elixir.

Garnish and add Aromatics
Garnish with the orange twist.
Add 2 – 3 mist sprays of the Chocolate Cake Mist. Be sure to spray from 5-6 inches away from the rim of the glass. This gives the cocktail a bright cucumber aroma enhancing the drinking experience.
Serve Immediately.
