Ingredients
- Blueberry Simple Syrup Ingredients:
- 240g (1 cup) of BlueberryÂ
- 120g (½ cup) of WaterÂ
- 120g (½ cup) of Sugar
- Cocktail Ingredients:
- 60ml (2 oz) GinÂ
- 90ml (3 oz) Blueberry KombuchaÂ
- 15ml (1 tbsp) Blueberry Simple Syrup (above)
- 8ml (1/2 tbsp) Lime JuiceÂ
- 30ml (1 oz) WaterÂ
- IceÂ
- Lime Wedge for GarnishÂ
- 3 Blueberries for GarnishÂ
- 3 Drops of Pine Elixir
- 1 mist of Pine Forest Mist

Create Blueberry Simple Syrup
Combine the blueberries, water, and sugar together in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves.
Mash the berries with a potato masher. Allow it to sit and cool for 30 minutes.
Strain the mixture to remove any solids.

Mix Cocktail
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Combined the gin, lime juice, blueberry simple, and pine elixir into the glass. Stir to combine.

Top off with Kombucha.
Garnish with the blueberries and lime wedge.
Finish with the pine forest mist.
