Combine Ingredients
Choose one cocktail from the list above, place all the ingredients in a blender except for the Instagel.
Blend all ingredients until uniform. Gently sprinkle in the Instagel and blend for 5 minutes on medium high speed.
This allows the Instagel to fully hydrate. If this isn’t done for enough time you will end up with a gritty gummy.
Allow the bubbles to separate from the cocktail. You may need to scoop some of the bubbles off the top with a spoon.

Set Gummies
Pour the cocktail into the silicone molds and set for 3 hours in the refrigerator. After removing them from the molds you can serve them immediately. If you would like to hold them for longer periods of time then you can lightly dust them in cornstarch.
Store them in an airtight container for up to a month.

Can this be made with the vegan gelatin or another option that is vegan friendly?
The vegan gelatin would not work because it has to be heated to too high of a temperature and the alcohol would be burned off as a result
