We took inspiration from the south and created a mouthwatering Carolina Gold sauce. These smoked ribs are sure to be the star of your perfect BBQ party this summer!

- North Carolina Golden BBQ Ribs Ingredients:
- 1 rack pork ribsÂ
- Dry rub:
- 10 g (2 tbsp) Ground MustardÂ
- 27 g (2 tbsp) Brown SugarÂ
- 14.5 g (2 tbsp) Apple Cider Vinegar Powder
- 6.6 g (2 tsp) Garlic PowderÂ
- 5.4 g (2 tsp) Onion Powder
- 2.7 g (½ tsp) SaltÂ
- 1 g (½ tsp) Cayenne
- 0.5 g (¼ tsp) ClovesÂ
- BBQ Sauce:
- 230 g (1 cup) Yellow Mustard
- 40 g (2 tbsp) HoneyÂ
- 55 g (¼ cup) Brown SugarÂ
- 60 g (¼ cup) Apple Cider VinegarÂ
- 1.2 g (½ tsp) Black PepperÂ
- 14 g (1 tbsp) Worcestershire SauceÂ
- 0.8 g (¼ tsp) Garlic PowderÂ
- 0.6 g (¼ tsp) Onion PowderÂ
- Salt to Taste

Rub and Smoke Ribs
Sprinkle the dry rub onto both sides of the ribs and rub it in. Keep in the fridge for 2 or more hours.ÂWarm the smoke up to 225 F. Once the smoker is at the proper temperature, place the ribs on a rack meat side up.ÂLeave the ribs in the smoker for 3 hours.Â

Baste and Wrap Ribs
After 3 hours remove the ribs and place on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with melted butter and honey.ÂWrap the ribs tightly in tin foil and place bone side up, smoke for another hour.Â

Coat Ribs in BBQ Sauce
Uncover the ribs and place them meat side up, brush with the BBQ sauce and smoke for another 30-45 minutes.ÂRemove from the smoke and cover with foil, let rest for 10 minutes.ÂAfter resting, brush with more BBQ sauce, cut, and enjoy!
