1 Cup Gomme Syrup
Dry mix together the Acacia Gum and sugar.
In a blender, add the sugar mix and water and blend until fully combined.
In a small heavy bottom pot, heat gently until simmering, then remove from heat.
For this recipe the syrup can be used hot, the remaining can be stored at room temperature in a sealed container.
Brew a hot pot of your preferred coffee.
In a mug combine coffee, gomme simple and chocolate cashew milk.
Drop 3 – 5 drops of the Citrus Elixir.
Garnish with the orange twist.
Add 2 – 3 mist sprays of the Chocolate Cake Mist. Be sure to spray from 5-6 inches away from the rim of the glass. This gives the cocktail a bright cucumber aroma enhancing the drinking experience.
