Blueberry Mojito
Begin by making a mint simple syrup. In a small pot add ½ cup of sugar and ½ cup of water. Stir until sugar dissolves, take the pot off of the heat and stir in 3-4 mint leaves. Let the simple syrup cool and the mint leaves diffuse.ÂIn a large bowl place blueberries and mint simple syrup, muddle until the blueberries are crushed.ÂIn a blender add rum, limeade, and lime juice. While blending add in polysorbate 80 and perfect sorbet until fully incorporated.ÂWhen liquid is mixed, combine with muddled blueberries.ÂPour liquid into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight.

Cucumber Basil Gimlet
In a large bowl muddle together cucumber slices and basil.ÂIn a blender add in gin, limeade, and lime juice, begin to blend and sprinkle in polysorbate 80 and perfect sorbet.ÂMix together the gin/limeade with the muddled cucumber and basil.ÂPour the liquid into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight.

Mango Margarita
In a blender add limeade, tequila, mango puree, lime juice, and agave. Begin to blend and then slowly sprinkle in polysorbate 80 and perfect sorbet.ÂPour the liquid into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight.
