- 210g (8 0z) Orange Concentrate
- 500g (1lb) Sugar
- 10g (1tsp) Phosphoric Acid
- 20 drops Orange Flavor Drops
- 8 drops Yellow Food Coloring
- 8 drops Red Food Coloring
- Ingredients: Orange Vodka Soda
- 200g (7oz) Orange Soda Syrup
- 90g (3oz) Orange Vodka
- 760g (1lb 10oz) Ice
- Alice & The Magician Citrus Orchard Elixir
- Alice & The Magician Citrus Blossom Harvest Aromatic Spray
- Ingredients: Vanilla Foam
- 1 Vanilla Bean Pod
- 25g (2 Tbsp) Sugar
- 50g (1 ½ oz) Orange Vodka
- 125g (½ cup) Water
- 1 Salt Pinch
- 2g (2 tsp) Foam Magic

- CO2 chargers
- N2O chargers

Orange Syrup
In a heavy bottom small pan, combine the orange concentrate, sugar, phosphoric acid and orange flavor drops and bring to a simmer.
Remove from heat and cool.
Once cool, add 200g of the chilled orange soda syrup, orange vodka, Alice & The Magician Citrus Orchard Elixir drops and ice and blend in a blender.
Once combined, pour into a whipping siphon. Charge with 1 CO2 charger, release gas and charge again.
Release that charge and place in the freezer until ready to use.

Vanilla Foam
Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and using the back of a knife, scrape out the seeds.
Combine the vanilla beans with the remaining ingredients and blend in a blender.
Once combined, pour into a Whipping siphon. Charge with 1x N2O charger, release gas and charge again.
Release that charge and refrigerate until needed.

Serve Frozen Cocktail
Pour the frozen orange creamsicle into a chilled glass and spritz with Alice & The Magician Citrus Blossom Aromatic Spray and top with the vanilla foam.
