We add in a small amount of xanthan and ultra-tex to give the ketchups just the right texture that’s going to last. Try popcorn, kimchi, or even beef jerky, they are just a few of our favorites. Prepare Ingredients
Choose the desired ketchup recipe.
Prepare all ingredients for ketchup. All items that need to be roasted/ toasted can be done in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Create Ketchup
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth between 1-5 minutes depending on the recipe.
The flavors will meld together better over the corse of 24 hours.
If stored in the refrigerator in a sealed container properly, this ketchup recipe can last up to 4 weeks.
