Ingredients
- Ginger Honey Syrup Ingredients:
- 120g (1/2 cup) Honey
- 50g (1 2/3 oz) Fresh Ginger Root
- 120g (1/2 Cup) Water
- Cocktail Ingredients:
- 45ml (1 1⁄2 oz) Scotch Whiskey
- 8ml ( 1⁄2 tbsp) Lemon juice
- 15ml (1 tbsp) Ginger Honey Syrup
- Ice
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary, for Garnish
- 3 Drops of Ginger Elixir
- 1 mist of Rosemary Honey Mist

- Small Heavy Bottom Pot
- Cocktail Shaker
- Whiskey Glass or Serving Glass of your Choice

1 Cocktail, 1/2 Cup Ginger honey Syrup

Create Ginger and Honey Syrup
Prepare your ginger by peeling then and cutting into ½ inch sized chunks.
Add diced ginger, honey, and water to a small pot over medium heat and bring to a low boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes before using.
Strain the mixture to remove any solids. Give the syrup a shake or two prior to using as some settling will occur.

Mix Cocktail
Combine ginger syrup, honey syrup, lemon juice and whiskey with a few ice cubes in a shaker. Drop 3 drops of the Ginger Elixir.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into your favorite whiskey glass filled with fresh Ice

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with rosemary.
Finish with one mist of the Rosemary Honey Mist.
Serve and enjoy!
