1 Cocktail, 1/2 Cup Ginger honey Syrup
Prepare your ginger by peeling then and cutting into ½ inch sized chunks.
Add diced ginger, honey, and water to a small pot over medium heat and bring to a low boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes before using.
Strain the mixture to remove any solids. Give the syrup a shake or two prior to using as some settling will occur.
Combine ginger syrup, honey syrup, lemon juice and whiskey with a few ice cubes in a shaker. Drop 3 drops of the Ginger Elixir.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into your favorite whiskey glass filled with fresh Ice
Garnish with rosemary.
Finish with one mist of the Rosemary Honey Mist.
Serve and enjoy!
