With our updated keto pie crust recipe, we’ve finally created a quiche that’s 100% keto! Stuff it full with your favorite quiche fillings. Meat, cheese, veggies? We’ve given you the keto canvas, it’s up to you to create your culinary masterpiece!

Ingredients

  • 1 Full Recipe of Keto Pie Crust
  • 300 g (6 each) Eggs 
  • 242 g (1 cup) Half and Half 
  • 227 g (1 cup) Mozzarella Cheese 
  • 6 g (1 tsp) Salt 
  • 138 g (1 cup) Italian Sausage 
  • 80 g (4 slices) Bacon

  • Cutting Board
  • Spatula

  • Par-Bake Dough

    Place dough in a pie dish and trim off any excess dough around the edges. (Either poke holes in the dough with a fork or lay parchment over the dough and fill the pie dish with pie weights.) Place the pie dish in the oven and par-bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool while preparing the quiche filling. Turn the oven down to 350°F.
  • Prepare Filling

    In a medium pan cook off sausage until fully cooked. Once fully cooked and cooled down, crumble the sausage.
     
    On a sheet tray place 4 slices of bacon and cook for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. Remove bacon from the oven, cool and crumble. Set aside.
     
    In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs, half and half, salt, mozzarella, sausage and bacon.
  • Bake and Serve

    Add mixture into par baked crust and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes until the filling is set.
     
    Let cool and enjoy.
