- 2 Quarts Canola Oil
- Breading Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 150g (1 ¼ Cup) All Purpose Flour
- 50g (½ Cup) Panko Bread Crumbs

Prepare Breading
Add separately in the 3 shallow bowls 2 eggs whisked, flour, panko bread crumbs and reserve.ÂMix the dry ingredients together and reserve.Â

Prepare Shrimp
Pulse the shrimp in a food processor 2 times. While pulsing add the mirin and sesame oil.ÂSprinkle the dry mix on top of the shrimp and pulse a few more times to combine. Do not over-mix.ÂScoop the shrimp mixture into a bowl using a rubber spatula.Â

Mold, Batter, and Fry Shrimp
Form the shrimp into nuggets and set in the freezer for a few hours until the nuggets have frozen hard enough to easily handle and bread.ÂFry breaded shrimp nuggets at 350°F for 4 minutes.or until golden brown.ÂEnjoy!Â
