Create Muffin Batter
Preheat an oven to 400°F.In the bowl of a stand mixer sift together the all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.Mix the liquid sunflower lecithin into the warm butter and allow it to melt.Start the mixer and add the butter and lecithin to the flour mixture.Mix in your muffin inclusion of choice.

Fill Muffin Tin and Bake
Place muffin liners in a muffin tin and spray them with nonstick cooking spray.Fill each muffin liner to the top with muffin batter.Place them in the oven for 20 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

Prepare Ultra-Stik
In the meantime mix together the Ultra-Stik and water. This will be lumpy but the lumps will dissolve within 20 minutes.In a small bowl mix together the muffin toppings of your choice.

Stick Toppings
Once the muffins are finished allow them to cool for a few minutes or until they are cool enough to handle.Dip the muffin in the Ultra-Stik mixture and then into the toppings.If the toppings do not seem to be sticking to the muffin you can mix together a small amount of the Ultra-Stik mixture and the toppings. Then spoon the mixture onto the muffins.

Set Toppings, Cool and Serve
Once all the muffins have been topped you can place them back in the oven for 5 minutes to dry the Ultra-Stik. If the muffins are still tacky return them to the oven for 2-3 more minutes.Allow them to cool completely before serving.
