Ingredients
- Vanilla Milk:
- 120g (4 oz)Â Cold Whole Milk
- 30g (1 oz) Heavy Cream
- ¼ Vanilla Bean
- ½ Pinch Salt
- Dalton Foam:
- 48g (¼ cup) Instant Coffee or Espresso
- 60g (¼ cup) Sugar
- 60g (¼ cup) Water
- 1g (1 tsp)Â Foam Magic
- 2 Sprays Chocolate Birthday Cake Aromatic Spray

Vanilla Milk
In a bowl mix together the cold milk, heavy cream, vanilla bean seeds and salt. Place the scraped vanilla bean pod in a container of sugar to make vanilla sugar. If you happen to have homemade vanilla sugar. The dried pods can be used to stir the cocktail later on.
Allow this to steep for 10 minutes before use.

Dalgona Foam
In a stand mixer equipped with a whisk attachment add the instant coffee or espresso, sugar, water, and foam magic. Whip until it creates a dense foam about 2 minutes.

Mix Cocktail
In a small glass coffee cup add 2 oz of the infused milk.
Top the milk with a spoonful or two of the dalgona foam.
Garnish with a spent vanilla sugar pod to use as a stirrer.
Place the dalgona foam cocktail under a glass cloche.

Smoke Cocktail & Serve
Place the end of a smoking gun under the cloche, light the wood chips, and fill the cloche with smoke.
Allow the cocktail to smoke for 5 seconds before revealing the smoked cocktail.
Spray with 2 sprays of the chocolate birthday cake aromatic spray. Serve immediately.
