This classic jam recipe is inspired by our favorite strawberry jam ever that is only found in a roadside farm stand in New Hampshire. We wanted to highlight the freshness of the sun ripened strawberries, with just the right touch of added sweetness. Use this recipe to make your own favorite farm stand strawberry jam, or sub in any other fruit for an equally scrumptious spread.

Can this strawberry jam recipe be made without the wine, honey, and vanilla? If I don’t use those ingredients, do I have to replace them with something else?
Yes, they can be made without those ingredients, just replace them with more strawberries. Use just enough to replace the weight of the wine and vanilla.
I bought the wrong kind of pectin.. Slow set HM as opposed to rapid set for my small batch strawberry jam. It is nonreturnable. Can I use the slow set and just wait longer? Thanks!
You can.
