I make donuts for a theme park in Florida, the stands are outside and when gets hot icings turn to water a run off. Can you help

We had developed a sugar free donut glaze where we added 10% Evercrisp to the recipe. It allowed the glaze to dry on the outside rather than run off in a puddle. Not sure how this would work with a traditional sugar glaze but it may be worth a try.
