- One Recipe, Wake’n Bacon Jam
- Pork sausage:
- 300 g (10.5 oz) Ground PorkÂ
- 3.6 g (½ tsp) SaltÂ
- 0.7 g (¼ tsp) black PepperÂ

- 1.6 g (1 tsp) Ground SageÂ
- 2 g (½ tsp) Onion Powder

- Dijon Aioli:
- 68 g (6 tbsp) MayonnaiseÂ
- 37 g (3 tbsp) Dijon MustardÂ
- 11 g (1 tbsp) Lemon JuiceÂ

Create Dijon Aioli
In a small bowl, combine the dijon aioli ingredients. Mix until combined.ÂPlace in a sealable container and refrigerate until needed.

Prepare Sausage Patty and Egg
In a large bowl add in ground pork, seasonings, and tripolyphosphate. Stir to combine. Weigh out 100 g each and form into patties.ÂIn a large pan, heat oil on high heat. Cook patties for 2 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to 165 F. Remove from the pan and set aside.ÂIn the same pan, heat on medium heat. Add in butter to melt. Cut the keto biscuits in half and place in the pan. Cook until the biscuits are golden brown. Set aside.ÂIn the pan, add in eggs and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and place a piece of cheese on top. Lower the heat and cover with a lid until the cheese is melted.
