Guacamole leather
The fat content in avocado might make it a bit tricky, but give it a try! We’d love to hear how it goes!
So where’s the written recipe??? I dislike the videos and especially hate it that I can’t find the written recipe.
The recipes are always provided in the video descriptions as well as in the body of the blog post. Here is the link to the Fruit Leather recipe:

Pomegranate, persimmon, ginger lemon fruit leathers,
All of those sound great!
Parsnip
Oh, would it be raw parsnip, or would it be roasted or caramelized? We’d like to try all three!
WTF?!? This is “too cool for school” if it’s really this straightforward!!! You guys promote the Best stuff! Now……..my flavor de jour……..I would try a yuzu foot when its back in season. Til then apricots will be my first try and I’m really interested to know will the ultra-silk work with foods like peas? Veg that can be pureed ?
Thanks again!
It should work with all of those. The texture may vary slightly from peas to yuzu fruit. If it seems too thick, you can add a little water to the blending step to make it more spreadable before you dehydrate.
