    Can you substitute a carrageenan for corn starch when making peach pie to thicken the filling?

  • Can you please post informtaion regarding usage ratios and percentages?Im trying to make my own marshmallow receipe but I dont understand how to apply the ratios given.

    • If you’re trying to develop your own marshmallow recipe you would have to do a fair amount of R&D. The starting ratios are on the back of our packaging, but each recipe will have its own usage requirement.
