I all of your WTF videos you always refer to how closely the alternative recipes are to the original or traditional flavors we have come to identify with different products (i.e. keto condiments vs. off the shelf bottles).
Gluten free bread does not normally fit this dynamic. From the flavor, to the texture, to the stability in uses, one or more of these characteristics is usually falling short in comparison to the original. Do you have some gluten free recipes for bread products that could be substituted, without reducing the enjoyment factor? Artisan breads? Sandwich Breads? Rolls? Pastry?
Our two favorite gluten free dough recipes are for bagels and pizza dough. We find that those two most closely resemble a traditional bread.
Can you use the honey flavoring drops to make an actual sugar free honey substitute?
I second Bridget’s request! A honey substitute would be great!
