Coconut Rum Cream Liqueur, maybe with some ideas borrowed from your Irish cream recipe for the base.

Can you use this for making a curry instead of can coconut milk?

Yes! Since it does not contain moisture your curry will be a lot thicker than with canned coconut milk. Of course you can always add water to thin out if desired.

Yes definitely lots of possibilities in chocolate making!

strudel for a lemongrass ice cream comes to mind, as does adding some coconut flavor to the shortbread base of a lemon bar is sounding inspirational to me as well

It would be nice to have some sort of substitution guide for recipes that specify coconut milk or coconut cream.

I am going to make coconut cupcakes for Easter and will add some coconut milk powder to the cake batter.

You can try, but the fat in the coconut milk powder may deflate the foam
