Hi Alexis,

We don’t have a recipe using the egg white powder in its dry form. Once you reconstitute it you can sub it in for fresh egg whites in any recipe.

What is the shelf life for all 3 types of egg powder (opened and unopened)?

Best by is 2 years from date of production. When stored properly away from light and moisture they will be good for much longer than that.
