  • What would happen if I put this into an ice cream base. Would it turn back into a liquid?

  • Do you have a recipe for cheddar cheese powder (to sprinkle over popcorn, for example)? I have a dehydrator and would like to use N-Zorbit M after I dehydrate and powder the cheese. I think the N-Zorbit M would help absorb the fat and make the cheese powder more “powdery”. What do you think?

    • Yes, it would work in the same way as other powder recipe 60% fat, 40% N-zorbit M. The cheddar cheese will have to be blended very well to break down into the Nzorbit M, more so than something like nutella.

  • Can you mix with heavy cream to make a dry creamer for coffee? Will it taste as good? Will it be as creamy?

    • It is unlikely that you can make a creamer because there is too much water content in heavy cream.

Are you able to substitute Tapioca Maltodextrin with Maltodextrin which is found between sport supplements generally made from corn starch? Would they have the same function/result?

    • No. The type of maltodextrin we sell is not the one found in many other products. The ones we sell are used to make oils into powder.

  • Could I make hot cocoa mix? Like, will the resulting powder blend well with a hot liquid?

    • yes, this could be a good additive to a hot chocolate mix. The fat of chocolate will separate once the N-Zorbit M is dissolved
