  • I bought this to make crispy fried tofu. Any suggestions?

      We suggest you make sure you pat the tofu dry before applying any breading to the tofu. You may want to do two coats to make sure the batter adheres better. We also suggest trying Batter Bind S, since tofu has such a high water content, this product will help adhere the breading to the tofu.
