WTF – MSG? Deliciously Controversial, or is it?

Monosodium Glutamate, or MSG, has long had a bad reputation even though, guess what, you’ve probably been eating it all these years. This umami flavor enhancer is a great way to maximize impact when used correctly. On this week’s WTF Scott and Janie take on the myths around MSG, and how a small pinch of this controversial ingredient can enhance, burgers, seasonings, and even coffee!
