I heard you mention that Ultrastick is a corn syrup product. Would that be high fructose corn syrup? For that matter, do you know if regular corn syrup plays havoc with blood sugar in the same way that high fructose corn syrup does? (Something I’ve always wanted to know.)
Can you spray it onto the batter prior to baking and eliminate the two step process?
We dont suggest that since it would dry before the toppings would be added.
