Hi,
I’ve recently purchased on your shop and by accident I chose Ultra-tex 3 instead of Expandex as I wanted to improve my Gluten-free bread recipes. Do you think I can use Ultratex the same way as Expandex? Do you have any recommendations or is no similarities between both products?
Ultra-Tex 3 is created for thickening and not necessarily rise. You can try it and it may be an improvement over regular tapioca starch but not as good as Expandex.
