Thanks so much for this recipe! If I want to make cinnamon gummies will cinnamon oil work as the flavoring? If so would I leave out the citric acid? I’d like to see you do sugar free caramels and toffee. I apologize if you already have, I’m fairly new to your world.
We are working our way through sugar free recipes so maybe we will get to those soon. If you wanted to make a cinnamon chew, you could absolutely remove the citric acid.
