I am curious. I am using infused coconut oil to create gummies. I Just got your gelatin sheets…
If I’m understanding correctly… in essence…
I can use a sheet… and, simply add it to my oil, and ger the gummy consistency. Flavor and color, would depend on How I prep the oil, prior to adding the gelatin?
As opposed to “adding a box of ‘Jello'” to Create gummy candy?

You can’t gel straight oil, there has to be water in the gummies that you emulsify with the oil using an emulsifier like polysorbate 80.

Hi
Question for the vegan gelatin doing gummies
During the process of warming up the mix(water+dry ingredients)
Can I add water toward the end (170)if it’s too thick if so hot or cold?
Thank you

IF you feel like you need to add a little bit more water at the end, that should be fine. Just know that your gummies will not be as firm as the recipe intends.
