I do not heat my dairy ice cream base so……..if I am not heating can your product be used. My goal is to eliminate any ice crystals. Please advise

When using this ice cream powder, is it possible to use it only with sugar replacement and make sugar-free icecream?

Yes, perfect ice cream can be used with sugar free ice cream. Although it will not change the scoop-ability of the ice cream.
