I would like to try the flavor drops to compare to other flavorings that carry an artificial off flavor

I would add a drop of Lime to my diet Coke since they stopped making flavors during the pandemic. I would love to try the coconut since other extracts I’ve tried taste synthetic. Licorice sugar cookies would be wonderful.

I would love to try these in my carrot cake with pistachio buttercream frosting. I can see adding honey flavoring to the fresh grated carrots without changing the texture, and a little something to the pistachio buttercream frosting. The other thing I see is adding lavender to my shortbread- because the lavender sugar I make is way too subtle, no matter what I do, ooooh, and what about my ginger leek chicken? Yeah. That would work! ( pick me, pick me!!)

Wouldn’t these be great in coconut shrimp?

Janie and Scott, just one idea: I love coconut milk curries, but alas coconut oil of any kind is off my diet for the foreseeable future. I also know some people who are allergic to coconut. I think the coconut flavor drops would pair well with homemade cashew cream to make a more convincing coconut based curry, minus the coconut.

My very basic vinaigrette needs flavor drops! What an easy way to add a layer of flavor to an everyday salad —and so quick!

Hi, you talk about using the flavor drops in the pistachio curd, but the recipe for the pistachio curd doesn’t include them. Can you speak briefly to the amount to use, and also the point in the recipe at which they should be added? Thanks!
